We currently require a dual-branch administrator to work between our Hove and Worthing offices, with particular responsibilities in terms of compliance. In Worthing, you will be our primary administrator, assisting the recruitment consultants in registering candidates and ensuring all paperwork, training is kept up to date, sending out of customer service forms, and booking of supervisions and appraisals. In Hove, you will be working alongside our existing branch administrator to cover these same tasks. You will also be required to assist on longer term compliance projects, helping the Directors collate reports and evidence as required for internal and external audits.

A permanent vacancy for a Nurse has arisen at a Brighton Nursing Home.

 The Registered Nurse will assist the Deputy Manager in assessing, planning and implementing a high standard of care for the residents.

 They will also assume leadership responsibilities in motivating staff to achieve a high standard of care, carry out all appropriate tasks and offer direction and support.

 The successful applicant will also ensure maintain their own PIN number and take personal responsibility for their own professional development. They will provide appropriate personal care, and physical, emotional and spiritual comfort for residents.

 They will carry out appropriate staff induction, supervision and appraisals for allocated staff, assessment of prospective clients/residents, assisting with the rota and internal audits.

 They will also promote and maintain the good reputation of the home.

 Salary: 28,500 per annum for 37.5 hour week.
