Hanover Care can supply the following staff: Healthcare Assistants - We supply Healthcare Assistants to Nursing and Residential Homes, as well as hospitals. Most of our staff have either completed or are undertaking NVQ2 or NVQ3. They will have a minimum of 6 months experience, do regular training (including Basic Observations training for Hospital work.) Registered Nurses - We have both General and Mental Health Nurses who work in Nursing Homes and Hospitals in the Sussex area. Some work with us full-time and others are available for odd shifts to supplement their income. At Hanover Care, we emphasise the needs for 'hands-on' practice for agency nursing, as that is what our clients need. We are registered as a Nursing Agency with the Commission for Social Care Inspection. Support Workers - We have a number of Care Support Workers who are experienced in various client groups. e.g Adults with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Rehabilitation. These staff will all have a minimum of 6 months' experience. Homecare Workers - We supply staff (Care only) to people in their own homes. Please see our separate homecare section.
