Phone Contact At this stage, our homecare consultant will discuss with you (and your representatives) your current situation, and the type of help you require. We would be able to answer any questions you may have, and give you a provisional idea of whether we can help.

Information Pack At this stage we would normally send out an information pack which includes our statement of purpose, our key policies and procedures, our charges, and our full contact details. Alternatively, this can be brought with us on our initial visit.

Initial Visit One of our consultants comes and meets you and fills in the registration details. They will discuss your preferences and needs, the length and frequency of calls that you need. We will also do a Risk Assessment, and then, with your go-ahead construct a care plan.

Starting the Care package We will endeavour to provide a small team of regular staff to provide continuity. Each homecare worker will follow the care plan, a copy of which will be kept in your home. In the initial few weeks, the care plan will be reviewed and tweaked to ensure that it best fits your needs.

Ongoing support Our homecare consultant and senior staff will be in close contact with you and your carers to ensure the standard of service is maintained. We welcome feedback and comments, and you can contact us at any time, either on the office number or on our out-of-hours number which is contained within the care plan and information pack.
