Phone Contact At this stage, our homecare consultant will discuss with you (and your representatives) your current
situation, and the type of help you require. We would be able to answer any questions you may have, and give you a provisional idea of whether
we can help.
Information Pack At this stage we would normally send out an information pack which includes our statement of purpose, our key policies and
procedures, our charges, and our full contact details. Alternatively, this can be brought with us on our initial visit.
Initial Visit One of our consultants comes and meets you and fills in the registration details. They will discuss your
preferences and needs, the length and frequency of calls that you need. We will also do a Risk Assessment, and then, with your go-ahead
construct a care plan.
