We pride ourselves on the service we provide. We will always keep you informed of the progress of any booking that is placed with us.

Some clients like to use us for block bookings, a seamless extension to their own staffing needs. Some smaller units might call us once every 6 months or so, confident that because we treat our staff well, we can offer continuity where possible. We can cover all types of shifts, including waking nights and sleep-ins, escorts and one-to-one care to ease the pressure on your own staff.

We also offer a 'Temp to Perm' service, as we understand that personality matching is just as important as finding the right skill set. Once the temporary staff member has worked 50 shifts, a working interview if you like, they can become a permanent member of staff without any fee.

OUR THOROUGH REGISTRATION PROCESS

All of our staff are fully interviewed, referenced-checked and have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau. They are also given Induction and Manual Handling training(where appropriate) and all staff have a minimum of 6 months' experience.
